- Does not guarantee investigation, enforcement, or prosecution outcomes
- Is not a substitute for reporting emergencies to Police Scotland

You may use reporthate.scot if:
- You are aged 16 or over
- You are reporting an incident that occurred in Scotland
Your responsibilities
When using reporthate.scot, you agree:
- To provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Not to submit false, misleading, or malicious reports
- Not to upload unlawful or harmful content
Content and uploads
You may upload images or videos if you choose.
You confirm that:
- You have the right to share this content
- Uploading it does not breach another person's rights
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful or inappropriate.
Anonymity and data use
You may choose to submit reports anonymously.
Where consent is given, anonymised data may be used for research, reporting, and policy purposes.
Limitation of liability
